Iraade ka pakka hota hai, Ketu nau wala hukum ka yakka hota hai.
He is firm in his intentions; the one with Ketu in the 9th is the Ace of Spades/Trump Card.
Continuing with Ketu in the 9th house, Dr. Sharma highlights the incredible willpower and authority associated with this placement.
Because the 9th house rules destiny and higher principles, a positive Ketu here gives the native an unshakeable moral compass and absolute determination. Once they make up their mind or set an intention ("iraade ka pakka"), nothing can sway them.
Dr. Sharma poetically calls them the "Ace of Spades" or the "Trump Card" ("hukum ka yakka"). In any situation, business, or family dynamic, they hold the ultimate authority and power. When they finally make a move, they win the game.
