The Moon (mind/wealth) and Saturn (restriction/poverty) are extreme enemies. When they sit together in the 8th house (the house of sudden loss, death, and darkness), the result is catastrophic.
Saturn completely freezes the flow of the Moon's wealth. The person will face sudden, unexplainable financial ruin. No matter how hard they work, they will find themselves "mohtaj" (dependent or begging) for every single penny. Their mental peace will be completely destroyed by financial anxiety.
