Rahu dus wala jo fareb dhokhe se kamayega, toh court se notice tere ghar aayega.
If the one with Rahu in the 10th earns through fraud and deceit, then a notice from the court will come to your house.
The 10th house is the house of Karma and government authority. Saturn is the strict judge of this house.
When Rahu (the planet of shortcuts and scams) sits in the 10th house, the person is constantly tempted to make money through illegal means, fraud, or deceit ("fareb dhokhe se").
Dr. Sharma gives a terrifying, absolute warning: If you have Rahu in the 10th and you cheat in your profession, you will not get away with it. Saturn will ensure that you are caught, and a legal notice or police warrant ("court se notice") will arrive at your doorstep, destroying your public image and wealth.
