This is one of the darkest and most critical psychological warnings in Lal Kitab.
The 4th house is the house of the mind, peace, and the Moon. Mercury (Budh) is the planet of intellect, nerves, and overthinking. Mercury and Moon are bitter enemies.
When Mercury is afflicted or "crying" ("rota hai") in the 4th house, it completely destroys the person's mental peace. Dr. Sharma warns that the person's own overthinking and anxiety become a literal "hangman's noose" ("faansi ka phanda"). They suffer from severe depression, panic attacks, and suicidal thoughts. Immediate psychological and astrological intervention is required to save their mind.
