Lal Kitab uses a famous Hindi proverb: "Nanga nahayega kya nichodega kya?" (A naked man has no clothes to wring out after a bath). This means a person who has nothing left cannot lose anything more.
When Saturn is negative in the 3rd house, it strips the person of false pride, fake friends, and unearned wealth. It forces them to start from absolute zero. It leaves nothing ("chhodega kya") but the raw, naked truth of their own hard work.
