Continuing the theme of divine romance, Dr. Sharma expresses the ultimate state of spiritual surrender (Bhakti Yoga).
In this beautiful couplet, the soul speaks directly to Lord Krishna. When a person reaches the peak of spiritual evolution, all worldly desires, ambitions, and attachments fade away. The only thing that remains is the absolute presence of the Divine ("Tu hi tu").
Dr. Sharma beautifully states that without Krishna, the soul has no other thirst or desire ("tere bina na koi trishna"). This is the state of ultimate liberation, where the illusion of the material world is replaced by the eternal reality of divine love.
