Rahu do wala jhootha aur makkar, paisa chahe ho na ho baaton ka kalakar.
The one with Rahu in the 2nd is a liar and a deceiver; whether he has money or not, he is an artist of words.
The 2nd house rules speech, the mouth, and accumulated wealth. Rahu is the planet of illusion, manipulation, and smoke.
When Rahu sits in the 2nd house, it creates a master manipulator. Dr. Sharma warns that this person is a brilliant "artist of words" ("baaton ka kalakar"). They can sell ice to an Eskimo. They are highly deceptive ("jhootha aur makkar") and will use their sweet, convincing speech to get whatever they want.
Even if their bank account is completely empty, they will talk and act like a billionaire, creating a perfect illusion of wealth and success. Never trust their words blindly!
