Surya Shani ki yuti mein punctuality ki baatein karta hoga, gar ho kharab toh vakeelon se mulakatein karta hoga.
In the conjunction of Sun and Saturn, he must be talking about punctuality; if it is bad, he must be having meetings with lawyers.
The Sun (Surya) represents authority and the government. Saturn (Shani) represents discipline, justice, and the courts.
When these two planets form a conjunction, they create a personality obsessed with rules, discipline, and "punctuality." They hate being late and judge others who are.
However, because these two planets are bitter enemies, this conjunction often turns negative. When it does, the clash between authority (Sun) and justice (Saturn) manifests as severe legal trouble. Dr. Sharma warns that this person will spend a significant portion of their life having "mulakatein" (meetings) with lawyers, fighting endless court cases.
